Rochelle September 21, 2012 at 2:48 am

Hey Alicen! Did you grab my meal plan? Tell me what you are currently doing for exercise. We will get you there. :)

Alicen October 1, 2012 at 11:46 pm

Wow. So flattered to get a quick response. I am as active as I can be as mom to 3 and going to college full time as well as working part time. Ugh. I believe that diet is mostly to blame. I do 30 minute cardio DVDs but im eating too much white stuff. I need more energy to keep up w all the chaos…and I desperately miss feeling thin. I feel tired and miserable.

First, my hat is off to you for everything that you are doing. Good for you!!!

I’m going to tell you the truth. Our nutrition makes up 80% of our results. If you are working out like crazy but not putting the right food into your body, you won’t get the results you are looking for. As busy as you are, you need to put a plan in place. If you aren’t connected with me on Facebook, I want you to go follow me: http://fb.com/rochellegriffinfitness. I put out daily tips and weekly reminders that will help you plan.

Also, because you are so busy, do you find that you are grabbing food on the fly? I want you to check out Shakeology on my page: http://gofitcoach.com/shakeology-trial-packs/. It could be a huge answer to your nutritional dilema.

Blessings,
Rochelle

Hi Laura! If you aren’t plugged into our community at http://www.fb.com/rochellegriffinfitness, I’d like to invite you to join us. I’m so sorry for everything that you’ve been through. To deal with hurt and pain, you’ve turned to food. It’s my M.O. also. The very first thing you need to do is let go of feeling disgusted and ashamed. You did the best you could at the time. Now it’s time to do something different and you realize that…otherwise you wouldn’t be reaching out. We need to get you moving (based on what you can do with your knee) and eating well. I need to know what you are doing now so we can put a plan together. If you’ll reply at the link above, it will be easiest and help you get the support you need from others in our community. Bless you.

Free? I got sent to a website that wanted over 100$ to go any further. If I’m doing this wrong, please let me know. In the mean time, I will tell all my friends not to go there… Thanks, Lynn

Rochelle November 30, 2012 at 1:13 pm

Nope, sounds like you went to the opportunity page. The meal plan is 100% free and always will be. Have a great day. :)

Where to begin, I broke my tibia and fibula on both sides of me ankle over a year ago. Doctors said it was a REALLY BAD BREAK! I have since gained 40 plus pounds. When I do my treadmill or am on my leg too much it swells and hurts. Doctor says hardware may need to come out which would put me out another 2 weeks or more. I use to love to do brisk walking, but since the surgery I’m not as fast as I use to be still have a bit of a limp. I’m very disappointed in my self and need to get back on track. If you have a plan that can help I’m all for it!

Rochelle January 18, 2013 at 8:46 am

Keep me posted on how you’re doing!

Hi Rochelle

How are you? I have a question, I have ITP and Talasemia, do you think that’s its ok the Shakeology for me?
Appreciate your answer, thanks a lot….

ps> where I can get more information about the plan and prices?

Rochelle February 8, 2013 at 7:50 pm

Hi Julieta! Great question. Honestly I strongly suggest that you speak to your doc about it. I wouldn’t want interference with any meds that you may be on. You can get info about Shakeology at http://gofitcoach.com/nutrition/shakeology/. Also, click on http://gofitcoach.com/beachbody-challenge-packs/les-mills-combat/ and scroll towards the bottom to grab a pdf of the nutritional info that you can take to your doc. Hope this helps. Keep me posted. :)
