- 2/3 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional: sweetener, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a glass baking dish. Bake in conventional oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or microwave on High for one and a half minutes. Makes one generous serving.
