What has Beachbody coaching done for me? Hands down, it has changed my life completely. Initially my business helped me private pay for necessary medical care my younger brother needed following a brain-stem stroke during brain surgery. After paying off those bills, I’ve since been able to quit my nursing career, become a stay-at-home mom, bring my hubby home full-time, AND become debt-free in the process. In addition, my health has improved by leaps & bounds…something very important to me because I have a family history of cancer, high blood pressure, and obesity.
