Au Revoir

It's great having you in "my corner" to change my way of thinking and eating as I make this lifestyle change! Exercising regularly again feels good too. I appreciate all of your input and advice! I made it through the weekend without eating crap- major accomplishment! Secondly, at bedtime last night I realized that I hadn't had a pop for almost 2 days......that hasn't happened for years!! Third, I was down 4 lbs this morning since starting last Wednesday!! So I am feeling pretty darn good right now!

Hi Rochelle...after only following the 1-week skeleton plan, I have lost 7 pounds in about 2 weeks. So simply from portion control and eating the right foods, I was able to shed those pounds. Incoporating shakeology and more regular exercise will definitely help even more!

Thanks to you, Rochelle, and Beach Body, I've lost a total of 50 so far!!! I no longer have to shop at big and tall stores!!! Oh... and I have to make new holes in my belt... closer in!!! I still have 40 more to go to reach my goal... but I will get there!! And it means not having to end up like my mom's side of the family... with heart disease and Diabetes!!! At 41, I decided it was time to get healthy, and you were the catalyst for that!!

Good news to share... I went to the Dr today. I lost 15 lbs and my blood pressure is down. Thank you Turbo Fire, Shakeology and Coach Rochelle! Many of you know I've been struggling to keep on track every day, as I go back and forth to mom's each week and help her through chemo. But I've stuck with it and it's paying off! It's a life change, not a fad diet.

I went downtown to the water park with my kids, and I am wearing my swimsuit of course with a tube top cuz i still have work to do, but I feel great. Can't believe how quick I'm seeing results! More importantly I am beginning to feel comfortable in my own skin. Thanks for your help and support, Rochelle Griffin!

Super ExcItED!!!, 20 days in and 21.5 lbs lost along with 3.5 inches off my chest, and 2 inches off my waist. I have a LONG way to go but I am really and truly enjoying the enhanced vigor and passion for life I am feeling. I have to say, I have the most wonderful Coach in the world! I would personally like to Sing high praises for, Rochelle (CoachRo). She has been the most support Coach I could ever ask for. No matter what is going on in Ro’s life, she is always there for me, morning, noon and night. She has such a passion for helping many to learn to lead a very healthy lifestyle. Without Ro’s support, I would have given up. Since January, Ro has been there for me no matter what. Always given me the “kick” I need to get back on this journey.
